"Peter Jerker, Blowhole's client, ... who owned and operated Rotten Staffing (the staffing firm that kept calling me trying to get me to admit I could work), is charged with one count of corruptly endeavoring to obstruct the administration of Internal Revenue Service laws, a news release said."

They then allegedly (allegedly my ass!!) returned nearly all of the premiums to their clients and concealed it from the IRS."

That mother is gonna go to Club Fed, and it couldn't have happened to a nicer bastard. Five years of hell, plus 2 1/2 more of me fighting in court because of the lies this jerk told about me. In the end, even my own lawyer didn't believe me, because "why would Blowhole lie about ALL of this?" He cut my pension by 60%, held back overtime, threatened to fire me on more than one occasion for things I didn't do, and bragged in meetings how he was "going to get that fat bitch fired."

I can't wait for the trial. I'm hoping he won't cop a plea so I can sit in on the trial and secretly laugh my ass into next year!

as a former corporate lawyer myself, having been asked by senior a-hole partners to violate certain reporting laws (that I did NOT do - resolved it through a very nice, kindly partner who had oodles of integrity), I'd love to know -- it is public? In the papers? Can you send me (or PM me) a link?

I can completely empathize with you, being harassed by senior partners. It is no way to live.
