Great clip of Eleanor Roosevelt on "What's My Line?"
She was deaf in her right ear and I guess it was impossible to balance loud crowd sounds AND quite questioning often in passive or double-negative phrasing.

It's interesting because the crowd really goes wild for her compared to other celebs in other clips of the show. And it's also interesting that he answers the questions because her voice is so famous. She really has her game face on during the questions but really lights up the room with a toothy Ted-style smile at the end.

An interesting peek at politics and celebrity in the '50s. She just turned 70.
