I think my co-boss is trying to get rig of me!

She is bringing in a person from the night shift that can do all that I can. and try to put him on full time. To do that in the budget they will have to get rid of someone. and since he can do everything I can ,and can drive, guess who will more than likely get the ax after 4 years of service!

2. he is trying to juggle it to fit.
we do have a videographer leaving.

6. Prepare yourself, just in case
My ex went through this and just hoped for the best. It took a while, but eventually he was let go (after 15+ years or service) and he was totally unprepared.

I hope it all works out for you, but you may want to update your resume, just in case you need it.
