I just met the coolest guy at Ledger's Liquors in Berkeley
He was the Grandpa of Ledger's...his dad faught in WWI, and he was going to be part of the Lincoln Brigade in Spain except he was too young, and his parents didn't let him.
Lots of stories - even if made up - they were good stories. I guess Berkeley has always been a haven for the alternative thinkers.
