1. I used to get that from a stick deodorant
I switched to one of those crystal things and it stopped.

13. How I have done it.
With baking soda, you need an adherent to aid in the placement, any lotion will do. Apply a thin layer of lotion to underarms, then using your just moisturized fingers, dip into a container of baking soda and apply to said pits. Just a very fine powdering as RadiationTherapy pointed out, it will create a white underarm ring if you use too much. Also, you can get added benefit by blending a few drops of lavender into the soda.

20. cheap, local drugstore
their brand tube of 100% pure aloe vera gel. put that on your rash. or, if you have an aloe plant at home, you can cut off a stem, CAREFULLY peel/cut off the peel and rub the insides of the leaf (the gel) on your rash.

aloe vera is gooood.

24. Sorry; I got lost. The description by siligut is right on.
I use saliva instead of lotion, but it is all the same.

17. I too k it for a few years.. had the moonface.. still have the stretch marks all over.. BUT
it was better than the alternative, which would have been having my large intestine completely removed.

19. Yep.. I wonder if being on it when I was a kid is one of the reasons
my bipolar is the way it is now. There's no question that there are some mood issues in my family anyway, but being on the steroids for so long probably didn't help. Took the docs until 2 years ago to figure out, though, that I am bipolar. All this time I just thought I was socially stupid. :(

12. Reminds me of a George Carlin joke.
"If you run out of deodorant, go into the kitchen and put a bay leaf under each arm. Doesn't help you stop perspiring, but you'll smell like soup."

21. I'd go with the deodorant

Never could it be the vodka !!

22. Have you tried the natural crystal stone deodorant?
I used to get rashes under my arm, too, and then I discovered the crystal stone at my local health food store. They are completely hypo allergenic, all natural mineral salts, I believe.

23. Liquid Rock Deodorant helps...
but, for me at least, won't cure what can be the cause of much misery.
If your problems persists, you might want to get your blood sugar checked
as high sugar in moist dark areas feeds yeast infections.
After bathing, drying with a hair dryer can be a big help also.
