He's missing out on all that tax money by only reappraising real property every 4 years.
So he made it ANNUAL!
So our county had to cram 4 years worth of appraisal increases in to one year.

My sister's new assessment in South Jersey went through the roof. Practically doubled her taxes. They filed a claim protesting their new assessment.

Lucky me, living in MI, where all our property assessments are going down

as an appraiser, I have been urging people to get their homes appraised (and no it's not for my business, because I am sitting out right now) and take it to the city...and then on to the state tribunal. Although, the deadlines have mostly passed for that this year.

18. Screwed up appraiser office?

Back in the 90's in Tampa the TRIM notices went out with about 1/3 going for the wrong properties. I got one for my condo for a property across town worth several times more. A friend's dad, home from heart surgery, got a $250,000 tax bill on his $145,00 home. Seems he got part of TECO's (Tampa Electric) bill.
