3. DU will be harder to break than either of the other two
That and simple carbs. I'm having a hard time quitting bread and pastries!

5. Rub your face into GDP and it will be easy to quit DU.
Rubbing your face into bread and pastries will not help. As well as rubbing your face into breasts and pasties.

14. you are young, nephew dingbat
ALMOST a decade younger than me.

Fortunately I compensate for my advanced age by remaining childish. Remember, you are only young once, but you can be immature forever!

10. I was going to quit drinking after one more St. Patrick's Day blowout but
Edited on Sat Mar-15-08 04:58 PM by irkthesmirk
since I had already made up my mind to quit, I didn't see any reason to continue drinking for two more days. I chose to quit smoking on the same day to provide a little more motivation to make it a special day. BTW, six months prior to giving up tobacco, I set the date in my mind and, every time I lit up, I repeated the date to prepare myself for the change.

18. Do you still have the occasional craving?
I do with the smoking. But I prefer taking deep breaths in the morning.

19. Yes, I crave cigarettes more than booze. Usually after I smell someone else light up.
It's true what they say though, the cravings become further and further apart the longer you go without them. I agree that the ability to take a deep breath when you want one is more important!
