It's from the Discovery Channel. Four parts (Strength, Vision, Sensation, Brainpower.) I thought it was wonderful, stayed up far too late last week watching all four in a row. Really amazing graphic work, and interesting science...as a dance person, I was(am) particularly interested. The series is being re-broadcast several times over the next three days...I highly recommend you try to catch (or record) it.

Real human bodies, infused with plastic and painstakingly preserved in lifelike poses. Or drawn and quartered. Or otherwise splayed apart so you can see exactly how they function. Freakin amazing.
