2. She was THRILLED to play catcher today.

Me, not so much. At this age, being catcher is not so bad, but as she gets older, catcher becomes a rather brutal position to play. I think, ultimately, she will end up being to tall to play it when she gets to high school.

What is happening with Gray?

20. He has somewhere between a month and a year.

They can't do surgery because the cancer is wrapped around his lower spine. But his internal organs are all fine so far. So I just have to watch him carefully and wait.

He is on kitty painkillers.

He won't eat regular food anymore, so I'm hand feeding him chicken and beef flavored babyfood. He's eating that, so that'll keep him going.

He's happy and playful, so he's definitely still enjoying life. As long as I can get him to eat, and as long as he's still happy and playful, I'm going to do anything I can to keep him here.

Always remember- you're helping them through life, doing what you can to keep them fed and comfy, they are as lucky as any critters in the world! The fact that they feel/get so much love is what's important :hug:

25. Pink mitt, pink cleats. . .she's adorable.

We have a few more weeks to go before we get to play any games, but that picture is making me anxious. My girl is 14 now and plays on 2 teams and my boy is 12 and also plays on 2 teams. So once the games start it's pretty much every night. I can't wait! It's my favorite time of year.
