I've been thinking. If the Government can print money that it does not have in order to bail out investment banks, then why can't I print money that I don't have in order to buy stuff that I need?

So, I printed up a bunch of $100 bills. I printed them on my little HP printer, and I am going to go out and spend them soon. It's a real pain in the ass cutting them up with scissors, so the first thing I will do is go to Staples and buy a paper cutter, so I can do a bunch of them at once. then, the REAL spending starts.
