Anybody been watching "John Adams" on HBO?

Excellent, excellent miniseries!! I never woulda thunk of David Morse as George Washington (I think they plumped up his nose a bit for it). Paul Giamatti is excellent as Adam. Was his brother/cousin Samuel the same one as the beer brewer (LOL)?

1. Plan on it.

Rented No Country, so watched that instead. Adams will be repeated, so no loss.

2. I had trouble getting into it.

I love Giamatti, but something about his portrayal bothered me. I was doing a bunch of chores while watching, so I didn't give it full attention.

I will pull it down again On Demand. Maybe I just know too much about the history of the revolution.

Did like Tom Wilkenson as Ben Franklin, he really stood out.

The book was excellent. Adams was truly the forgotten patriot.
