I had the lunch buffet at my favorite Indian restaurant today.
I'm thinking that second trip to the buffet was probably not the best idea.

1. What are some of the dishes?
I have never tried Indian food.

4. Well, I tend to stick to the basics.
I normally get chicken curry, but that wasn't one of the buffet options today. So I had chicken korma (a sort of mild curry made with coconut milk or yogurt) and chicken tikka masala (another one with yogurt, but with a tomato sauce element, baked in an oven). Also had a ton of basmati rice. And a few Cokes. And some puri (or poori) bread (a puffy deep-fried creation).

2. Food coma?
I usually get that after Chinese or Indian buffets.

3. Heh. That's why I stopped
going to buffets. I hate feeling obligated to stuff myself to get my money's worth.

5. Yeah, it usually isnt.
Especially when they start piling that naan on top of it. Although I must say that I love the Indian buffet that's not too far from work. $6.99 all you can eat.
