17. Word on the street has it that tonight is a Michael-centric episode.
Word on the street has it that tonight is a Michael-centric episode. From what I understand, it deals with Michael from the moment he shot Anna Lucia and (other girl)to the moment Sayid sees him on the freighter.

But, for the sake of poetic justice, I really want to see Hurley get in his face (because of other girl Hurley had the ting for) followed up by either Sawyer or Sayid giving him a righteous ass-kicking.

(That's my visceral desire for "Island" justice coming out... obviously, I'd never be good in a Lord of the Flies situation).

What about Walt though...?

I think that Desmond took off once the losties found the hatch and when he came back with his boat, it was after Jack, Kate and Sawyer were captured by Ben and his gang, meaning Michael, Ana-Lucia and Libby were already gone.

23. Gah! Last episode until April 24th?!?!?!
Did you notice this entry on the Dark UFO site?

" ''Meet Kevin Johnson'' is the eighth episode of Lost's fourth season and the last episode that was filmed before the Writers Guild of America went on strike for three months. The good news is that the strike is over and the show is back at work; at present, cast and crew are shooting the ninth episode. The bad news is that we'll have to wait until April 24 to see it. (Curse you, post-production demands!) The slightly worse news is that when our mutual obsession comes back next month, it will air at 10 p.m., a brutal time slot for people like me, whose glittering mental carriage morphs back into a moldy pumpkin at exactly 10:01 p.m. So relish this, the last installment of the year to air at a sane hour."

79. No, Sayed does NOT know he can't trust them.
Other than the fact that it's not Penny's boat, Sayed and Desmond left the island before most of the shit really started hitting the fan. The only other bit of argument against the captain came from that short note dropped through the door, which presumably came from Micheal himself. While the captain has not been forthcoming with answers, he hasn't yet done anything to Desmond or Sayed that would lead to distrust, he'd offered a reasonable explanation as to what's happening on the boat, and he's even letting them wander the ship unhindered.

We, as the fans, know the back story (or think we do), but those two characters do not. They may not completely trust the captain, but he's still their best shot at getting off the island...and they KNOW that Micheal is a murderer who had just admitted to sabotaging the ship, attempting to blow it up, and intending to murder everyone on-board.

I liked her. She was a survivor for so many years. I also loved the crazy look in her eye and the rifle slung across her back at all times. :(

I totally agree that Ben wasted her and Karl (Carl?) so he could get his daughter "back" (under only his influence).

What I want to know is, what's the history between Ben and Whitmore? Cause you KNOW there is one, and it's juicy.

54. I was bored.
Michael always irritates me. I can't stand to have to hear his "WAAALT!" again.

He's been such a belligerent asshole from the first episode till know.

Ah well.

55. I thought Mr. Friendly was dead...?
I thought Mr. Friendly was dead...? Wasn't he shot when the Losties ambushed the Others at the beach camp?

58. A flashback always has a whoosh sound prior to it.
A flash forward has no sound.

70. I know. When he was driving to kill himself there was another Mamas and Papas
song, so we thought that this was a pre-crash flashback..

So far this season, the only pre-crash flashback was Jin purchasing the panda bear.

I wonder whether the last season will concentrate on the lives of the "Oceanic Six" back on "regular place and time."

80. That was Cass Elliott's "Make Your Own Kind of Music."
I noticed the creators have a thing for very anthemic, Pollyanna-style oldies songs. :)

83. I think it's 60-70s type stuff because that's when Dharm was really going strong.

and really do not care about the others.

94. Actually, I want to know about how they ended up there. I want to know about Jacob and the
black swarm, and who started up the Dharma stuff in the first place.
