My family may go hungry this weekend.

:P Just kidding!!!!

I'm putting off grocery shopping today due to high winds and low temps.

The wind is wicked and it feels like it's 16 degree's outside, due to the wind chill.

I went out early this morning (6:30 AM) and my car windows were frozen shut.

I told my son I'd go shopping today for Easter dinner but I think I'm going to wimp out! :P

We have enough to eat for today (he'll get lunch at work) and tonight, so I think

I'll wait until the wind dies down tomorrow. Do you think he'll buy my excuse? :P

Tough if he doesn't! I'll clean out the fridge today to make room instead. ;)

Wind Advisory:

Issued at: 5:01 AM EDT 3/21/08, expires at: 1:15 PM EDT 3/21/08

(The news said the wind advisory would be in effect until 8 PM)

Wind advisory remains in effect from 10 am this morning to 8 pm edt this evening,

The advisory covers most of southern new england. It includes Boston, Providence,
Hartford, Springfield, Worcester, MA. and Manchester and Keene, NH.
West northwest winds will increase to 25 to 35 mph today. Wind gusts will increase
to around 46 to 50 mph with some higher gusts possible. These winds may cause
difficulty for travelers on highways as well as for marine transportation.
A wind advisory is issued when sustained winds are forecast to be 31 to 39 mph or
gusts will range between 46 and 57 mph. Winds this strong are capable of downing
small tree limbs and branches, possibly causing isolated power outages.
Driving can also be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

4. Hardy, ha, ha!
If anything, he can go find another place! He was supposed to buy food last night but instead
he came home with cold cuts and bread and milk and one roll of TP. That's just not going to cut
it. He hates grocery shopping and pawns it off on me all the time. We'll survive one more day! ;)

2. Someone named "breeze" stays in because of wind?
Not sure your excuse will fly.

3. LOL!
:P

Some of it is due to the wind (and fear of falling tree's) but mostly because it's wicked cold outside!

:hi:

I hear you about the winds there and those 'dirt tornadoes'; dirt devils.

I'm not going to drive today, if I don't have to.

The store I want to go to is 3 towns away and there are lots of tree's between there and here.

It will wait. I just hope there's enough on sale food left when I get there.
