I just love the TimeLife music compilation infomercials!
I'm watching the TimeLife Grand Ol' Opry Video classics one right now. Dolly Parton, Porter Wagoner, George Jones, Tammy Wynette, Loretta Lynn, Conway Twitty, Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, etc.

I just ordered it! :woohoo:

1. The one w/ Glen Campbell
Where he looks like he walked out of a 2 week drunk to make it to the studio for taping, is hilarious. The clips are great, but Glen looks a little blitzed...

2. OMG! I haven't seen that one.
Glen got his DUI here in Phoenix. Apparently he's good friends with Sheriff Joe Arpaio (brownshirt asshole extraordinaire) and got the kid gloves treatment in our infamous Tent City. They even had him do a concert for the inmates.

I lived in Phoenix for most of the 90's and remember both of them well. I miss getting Menudo on the weekends at Filberto's!
