Right click the image and do save image as, then save it on your desktop/wherever.

Go to http://www.photobucket.com and sign up for a free account.

Go to your new album, select upload, select the pic you saved and upload it.

Then go back to your album, first line under the pic is the URL for the pic. A single click on that will copy the code to the clipboard, post here and click paste and the url will paste.

Viola :)
