1. We do too... nothing beats funky-colored deviled easter eggs!
Love it when the dye colors bleed inside the shells... makes the deviled eggs look tie-dyed.

2. I have 18 dyed eggs to use up!
Besides just eating them, we will have egg salad, spinach salad, and beets and eggs.

Then I will go on a cholesterol-free diet for a month. ;)
