Yes, now is the time to stock up for the summer.

2. When I reminded my middle boy that it was Easter today, he said..." Cool!
are you going out tomorrow to get half-priced candy?"

I teached them well. :D

3. I like to wait for the 90% off days
Although lately, the stores have been cutting it close so there's not been much left over, except icky stuff that nobody even wants for free.

Me, I just want some speckled eggs and a few peeps and I'm good.

5. Here's the Target 3-2-2 schedule:
All holidays except Christmas follow the 3-3-2 rule:

The first 3 days after the holiday are 50% off.
The next 3 days are 75% off.
The next 2 days are 90%.

So... let's see (counting on fingers)...

M-Tu-W = 50% off
Th-F-Sat = 75% off
Sun-Mon = the bonus jackpot (bottom of the barrel) 90% off

6. Thanks for that!
My plan is to hit up the drugstores first (I'm up way too early, maybe I'll go hit up CVS right before work), then Target and also see if Cost Plus World Market has anything as well.

4. Me
The almond roca and boxed chocolates will taste the same, even if they do have bunnies and colored eggs on the boxes. Peeps are kind of fun to do Mad Scientist experiments on, though they're basically inedible. And the miniature chocolate eggs are scrumptious.

The next candy-intensive holiday is Halloween, so I'd better make those chocolates last.

7. Easter dark M&M's, 50% off @ CVS. Unfortunately, I'll be at work
but I have assigned my other half to be there at 10AM. The good candy goes quickly at half price and I really need 6 M&M's as my after dinner treat!
