Why is it ok to say "Where do you summer?" but not ok to say "Where do you spring?"

If summer and winter can be verbs, why not spring and autumn? Seems totally unfair to discriminate against spring and autumn just because they are solstice challenged.

1. It gets even more confusing if you use the word 'fall' instead of autumn.

I guess so, if you are a Kennedy or Bush.

Most people I know just summer in their sweltering apartments.
