3. Oh yes, the Duggars have a recipe for a similar dish.
I wonder if there's any nutrition in this? I'm sure it will stick to your ribs.

2. If they are done right it's fries, then onion rings (battered), then tater tots

4. I love me some tatertots!
Two caveats, though:

1) Almost any cheap, store brand is better than Ore Ida, and
2) They should be baked (or, occasionally, deep fried) to be golden-crispy on the outside.

Such wonderful little nuggets of seasoned hash brown potatoey goodness!

6. Tots are the food of the Gods.
That's it, that's all there is to it.

7. On a plane I'd go with the tater tots.
No way plane fries or onion rings would be good.

Otherwise, I'm going with the onion rings.

10. Ahh, but do you put ketchup/catsup on them?
Hmmm?

I prefer them plain. I've seen others put that sauce on them.

11. Tater tots, probably
I like french fries and onion rings OK, but I get kind of freaked out if onion rings are twisted or broken or something, because my mind works in weird ways and faulty O-rings mean bad, bad things to me. :scared:

13. Hmm
I was playing around with "o-rings" on some equipment at work the other day..and yes, that image did pop into my mind.
But I would never have associated broken onion rings with it..You are indeed weird.
Which is why I like you so much!:hi:

14. *whines* It's not MY fault!
x( :P I was probably the only kid at my preschool who knew what an o-ring was - well, OK, so I didn't exactly know what it WAS, but I knew that it was bad if it leaked! And I was the only kid in my AP Physics class who knew what day the Challenger exploded, lol...my teacher didn't even know, which I guess isn't all that surprising, it's not like the date is one of those things you memorize (unless, of course, that date also happens to be the day you were born). :eyes:

But yeah, long story short, I'm weird. :D (Y'know, I was just thinking I probably should've put some of this info in my "Post something that explains a lot about you..." thread...heh.) :hi:

15. lost-in-nj
far MORE of a delicacy than to be identified with tater tots. :spray:

That's like claiming McDonald's serves fine wine with your big Mac. Never gonna happen.

Thunderbird maybe.

19. REAL Onion rings, not the prefab heavily battered crap.
That's only if Kelly's fried clams weren't available.
