Recent letter to the editor by a middleclass person

lamented how medical care was provided for the poor but the middleclass had to pay through the nose with their premiums and it wasn't fair. Well, I got news for you middleclass lady, not even the poor and low income get care or adequate care and some none at all. The conservative Republican has this lady played and she doesn't even know it. This idealogy that the safety net is taking care of those in need is a sup to those who don't want to know any different. It is painful to acknowledge that our financial system is lacking in humanity. Any conservative I know when faced with the knowledge that some one is in need or suffering they just don't respond in any avenue of expression but just to accept the status quo and go about their way. And you Mrs. Middleclass American buy the conservative bushit because you don't want to think or you are not intellegent enough to question what you culture feeds you.

this same woman thinks that poor people are only poor through their own fault. True in some cases but certainly ot in all.
