at 9:30, Silver is getting picked up to go in for surgery to remove the lump.

This is Silver chillin in my lap being a total mush.


And then, right afterwards, I'm going to the Emergency Room.

I have a cyst on my throat that just appeared this past week and is growing quickly. I have no idea why I now get these things, but this is the third one. A little smaller than a golf ball at this point and about as hard as one. I need to have a surgeon cut it open and clean it out before it gets any bigger. x(

Then I get to go into the office with my throat bandaged looking like a victim of a sloppy vampire. I get to work part of a day, adn then rush home early to get Silver after his Surgery.

Today. Is. Going. To. Suck. :(

11. Both of the boys are complaining

because I couldn't feed them after 8pm last night. They're getting all dramatic, insisting that they're starving to death. :P

I haven't eaten either, just in case, but at least I know why.

I'm not a religious person, so I don't pray......but I can think good things for you and your kitty-cat. I will think positive all day long....that your kitty will have a successful surgery, and that your neck/throat will be back to new in no time.

About your cysts...

I get them too, usually on my legs, as a result of diabetes. I don't get a lot of them, but when I do get them, they fucking hurt and can literally ruin your day/week.

Hints:

1) Pressure makes them worse. Make sure there is absolutely no pressure on them...ever.

2) Get to a dermatologist, pronto. Get something called "Triaz" wash that you use in the shower. It helps.

3) Get an anti-biotic gel from your skin doctor.

4) Explore the possibility of taking a low grade prophylactic anti-biotic.
