1. My sister.
Edited on Mon Mar-31-08 09:36 AM by PeaceNikki
She went "alone" on a 6 week tour of Europe with the 18-35 y/o group. She had a GREAT time and met some friends that she will have for life from all over the world. She even took a trip to New Zealand to visit one of the friends she met on her contiki trip.

ETA: I recall her saying that there were message board forums to "meet" the people on the trip prior to departure.

2. i was looking at their greece & turkey tours
13 days for less than 2 grand.. that is a damn good price compared to other travel agencies. I would love to plan a trip for next summer and save up the money to go.

3. If you have specific questions, PM me
and I will pass along to her. Like I said, she had a great time. She traveled with a backpack and stayed in hostels and saw a LOT.

8. If it's one of those travel agencies where they stick you on a crummy raft
and put you out to drift across the South Pacific, don't go. :scared:

11. We had a friend that was a tour guide
he loved it; we saw him on a tour at the Grand Canyon, and the guests were loving it! I think it's a great company.
