After going to the Gym for the first time after my Gallbladder surgery
After returning home my BP is 132/96 , ten minutes later it is still 132/95

I measured it right now (30 minutes later) and its 133/90

2. Did you measure it before the gym?
And, did you drink any caffeinated stuff at the gym?

At least it's going down ... if slowly.

4. Your GB might not have been the real problem.
You might have had Crohn's disease first and the doc thought it was your GB. That's what happened to my girlfriend. She went to the doc complaining about pain in her abdomen. After they removed her GB in a botched surgery. That left her in the hospital for two months with a punctured liver. She was still having pain in her lower abdomen. A new doc ran more tests and determined that she had Crohn's. She was also told that removing the GB made the symptoms of her Crohn's worse.

7. Oh ok
How long ago was your surgery? I had read that it could take up to a year for those issues to straighten out.

9. Those numbers are a bit high
but they are not seriously high. Your pressure is coming down, so check it again. Do you drink sports drinks when you work out?
