I really don't get the anonymous friend requests on Facebook.

It happens alot. People don't even send a message explaining why they are requesting your friendship. So, if I have no idea who they are, why the fuck would I? I think I get so many cause I'm a broacast and print journalist. So, for whatever reason people decide they want to see what I look like or something.

1. i get them too because of my website

i usually put them on "limited profile" and only allow people i personally know to see my full profile. i really am not all that worried though since i have nothing on my profile that isn't already out there in the internets(i don't have my city or anything like that up).

I got a friend request which I orignally thought was semi-anonymous (I thought we had mutual friends, but didn't know each other personally). Turns out she was someone from my past who I hadn't seen in years! I didn't initially recognize her because she had changed so much.
