That's a lot of lortab though, hydrocodone has the opposite effect of making me sleepy which is why I don't like to take it for pain if I've got pain

6. Well, recreational dose with no tolerance is 15-30mg hydrocodone.

So if you have no tolerance, you could maybe try one more (you'll probably vomit though). If you have a tolerance, then you would probably be fine with another two (or more, if you have a high tolerance, but if you do, you would probably know that). I would recommend against that if you have any stomach problems though, as the 'inactive' ingredients can exacerbate that. Hope you can get some sleep :hug:
