4. But it goes so good with Alfredo sauce and the chicken!
It was freshly, steamed, bright green broccoli and it was really a good blend of flavors! :9

16. Broccoli rabe, on the other hand, is a connoisseur's topping.
usually found at old-line joints in places like New Haven or Brooklyn.

6. My local pizza place...
Louie's ;) He doesn't use pizza sauce on it, just Alfredo sauce and roasted chicken and steamed broccoli and cheese. ;)

My boyfriend's a chef and foodie so sometimes we'll go a bit of a distance for restaurants.

It was placing your dinner on top of your bread. An open-face chicken alfredo sandwich.

11. Actually your 10000000000% wrong..
Pizza is Italian for pie... The standard pizza (unless its deep dish) is not a pie at all.. so our pizza is not actually a true Pizza. As for an "American pizza" most people will agree anything goes... there is no rule book on American pizza pie...

12. I would assume it goes like this..
Pizza crust w/ Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce. Add grilled or roast chicken topping. Add Broccoli, I would assume raw (it cooks when it bakes). Cheese topping optional because of the heavy cheese sauce? Am I close?

15. My favourite pizza is homemade. Top pizza crust with tomato sauce,
ham slices, artichoke hearts and cheese. Yummy.
