9. I got lost in the Atacama desert, July 1991...

I hiked 17 miles through the desert on 1/2 liter of water and only 5 cigarettes (I ran out dammit).

I carried an overweight colleague who was injured for about 3 miles. It was a 20 hour ordeal.

Can we share the prize if desert hiking is the criteria?
