I was born 50 years ago on this day.

Good or bad I've lived several life's. I've raced Moto-Cross, took a bullet, Bombed down single track trails on my mountain bike, Manned a Guided Missile Destroyer, plied the Pacific Coast on small commercial fishing boats, I have done selfless as often selfish acts. I have acted as a savior, and has a plague to those I have loved. I have learned much, and closed my eyes to more. Five years ago I faced a long slow burning drug and alcohol problem. At my last breath I hope I can count good deeds, and kind acts, more then my stupid and empty actions. It seems like yesterday I was in my early teens wondering what I will be like right now. I could not have imagined. I am blessed beyond what I deserved. For the first time I have left my lone wolf ways and married a woman that deserves the husband she sees in me. This will be my last great life challenge. I am ready.

I once answered another DUer who asked how I did this, but I hadn't yet learned how to post this in plain text. The poor guy was on Vicoden after dental surgery and thought I was messing with his head when he saw my scrolling reply, LOL. But we worked it out. Sorry. Let me know if I have to try again. :-)
