LEWISTON, Maine - Police are searching for a man accused of shoving an electric guitar in his pants and walking out of a store in Lewiston, Maine.

Police say the theft occurred last week and they're looking for three men. One of the men shoved a Fender Stratocaster in his pants and pulled a sweatshirt over the top. The other two acted as lookouts.

All three can be seen on footage from video surveillance.

Strangely enough, the music shop has seen the method before. A man did the same thing in 2006 but was caught as he tried to walk out.

4. I want to see that video!
Guess it would be too much trouble to mask all the other faces in the security camera footage, but that would be funny as hell.

5. I just have to wonder... what the (*&% kind of pants was he wearing?
I don't think I've ever seen a pair of pants capable of hiding a full sized electric guitar inside them while they're being worn.

Probably a good thing he didn't try to steal an acoustic though...
