She's going to die before they get to Earth, IMO. I have no clue who IS the final Cylon, but I'm almost 100% sure it's not her, it's not either of the Adamas, and it's not Starbuck.

That doesn't leave a whole lot of people, but that's the way I see it...

I've been following an interesting discussion on a BSG forum in which an interesting set of theories have been offered that suggests that there are, effectively, actually 13 cylons, one of which none of the other 12 even know exists. These theories further suggest (the simple version) that either Lee or Roslin is the 12th or (the more complicated version) that Sharon is actually a different Cylon than Boomer and is the 12th.

Both versions of the theory rely on some symbolism surrounding the number 13 that's been hinted at throughout the series, which, on reflection, is actually there. I'd just never noticed it because I don't watch each episode 20 times. :)

I don't really buy the Sharon/Boomer split, but the possibility of the existence of a 13th cylon is at least plausible. The cylons are obviously programmed with specific knowledge sets, and that programming could certainly not include full knowledge of, not just who the models are, but how many there are. And *who* (or what) does the programming?

To borrow from Douglas Adams, just who is this "god" person anyway?

I dunno really, but it's going to be a fun ride finding out.

Cylons aren't supposed to know the faces of the final five, but tonights show seemed to indicate that they can "sense" the five when they are close - plus leobens already shown himself to be not your average cylon anyway.
