I'm sick for the first time in 10+ years

I didnt go to "work" because I didnt want to spread the plague. I feel bad about that.

I have not been drinking my juice.

Last time I got sick I just got on a bender until it passed. I can't do that because it hurts to swallow.

I blame a hacking dental tech for coughing repeatedly as I sat there with mouth wide open. (well that and the lack of juice)

It is par for the week.
