I am sure you will come back here next time and let us know how much it hurts again...

Did it have any flavor at all or was it just all heat?

26. Well, I am eating more of it
It's very sweet, and VERY hot.

I'm rocking it a little more in moderation this time, seeing as I am out of beer. :(

13. You know what's fun? Eating one of those with your fingers
Edited on Sun Apr-06-08 11:13 PM by Godhumor
Screaming, accidentally touching the contacts in your eyes, screaming some more, attempt to remove contacts using said fingers to stop the burning, scream some more, and curling into the fetal position.

That was not a fun day.

I would never try that, eating the damn thing was painful enough.

16. One of the most intensely painful experiences of my life
My brother makes his own hot sauce, and he had me over to see hit set up. I tried one of the peppers, rubbed my eyes in response to the heat, and started that entire chain reaction from my post above.

My eyes were essentially swollen shut, had to be flushed, and the contacts were toast.

19. I am very careful about how I wash my hands after handling peppers now
I still get a rush from the heat, and I love my brother's hot sauce, but, yeah, nothing gets touched between handling a pepper and washing my hands.

Did you eat the entire thing from the picture, or was that just one of the ingredients?

24. My friend got me some hot sauce
that was basically pureed habaneros, vinager, and salt.

Note well that's been a while since the OP, and part of me is ready for round two, but part of me is thinking since I'm out of beer that would probably be a bad idea. :P
