Biker survives collision with tofurkey.
Tofurkey (a portmanteau of tofu and turkey) is faux turkey – a loaf or casserole of vegetarian protein, usually made from seitan (wheat protein) or tofu (soybean protein) with a stuffing made from grain(s) and/or bread flavored with a broth and seasoned with herbs and spices.

There are currently several brands of tofurkey on the public market, including Tofurky produced by Turtlensue Island Foods, Celebration Roast produced by the Field Roast Grain Meat Co., and the Stuffed Holiday Roast made by AuraPro (now called Match Foods).

:puke:

9. I think the ones we used were a combo of wheat gluten and soy.
I'm just guessing based on the texture, since the label was in Chinese.

11. Are political prisoners vegan?
Kidding.

I got it from the (now sadly defunct) chinese veg grocer, and they were always really cool about reading ingredients lists for me, on the things for which they hadn't yet printed up little ingredient labels.
