I had assumed I must've heard them, and had maybe just forgotten or something--but nope. Never heard 'em until now. I just gave up and checked 'em out on youtube. I must confess that they really aren't my cup of tea--but at least now I know what the hell everybody els is talking about!

was by the song's writer, Willis Alan Ramsey, and was titled "Muskrat Candlelight". A much better version than The C & T and America covers.
