I certainly know how you feel. We had that same situation sometime back. Had a lovely candidate running for the U.S. House in our district. She was beat out in this red state by the red Democrat Dan Boren whose daddy wields a lot of power in this state. Instead of running in his own district against a really slimy Republican, he actually moved to our district and ran against a really exceptional Democrat, which is rare for this area. He is a real piece of work, I tell ya.

Gads! I really hate Oklahoma sometimes. x(
