1. Yes

I just started my tomatoes and peppers indoors today. I was going to plant spinach and lettuce in the garden, but the weather is going to be shitty for the next few days. :( I guess I'll wait until next week. I think I waited to long to put in the spinach last year. It was too warm by then. They like cooler weather.

first time ever and playing it totally by ear.

I was thinking containers, but I got a little over excited and currently have about 200 plants planted in lil starter containers. Something will have to give. I still have no sprouts so it is possible none will grow,

I just bought 3 pre-sprouted bannana pepper deals from Lowes. At least I have something green to watch now :P

I'm excited about the whole thing. It's also calming my inner beast hehe

How big of an area do you have tilled up? I guess I need to start thinking about that.

I'm doing waaaay less zucchini. It took over last year. And I'm only planting cherry tomatoes, since I'm the only one who eats them. Hell, I'm the only one who eats 80% of the veggies around here.

Why I usually have too many plants. I can't thin seedlings either. Something about weeding out the meek tugs at my bleeding heart.

5. I get to buy a greenhouse from Costco next week!

I have a 6x6 garden up here at 8500 feet (we're expecting a blizzard tonight) and I've tried so hard to grow tomatoes (no peppers -- I know better!). So this Spring -- which starts next month -- I'm going to rototill a bigger garden and then plop that greenhouse right next to it.
