What should I have for lunch?

I am going to lunch in 1/2 hour. What should I get?

Of course, the easy answer is tacos. I had tacos yesterday - excellent tacos from La Pasadita. So 2 days of tacos may be a bit much...but I do love tacos.

Anyway, advice?

I work from home, so I'm subjected to whatever I put in the fridge (or, rather, didn't put in the fridge). Today I think I'm going to be picking the carcass of a rotisserie chicken that was last night's dinner. Yum-o (not).

Picked over rotisserie chicken, some red peppers, onions, cheese, and you got yourself some quesadillas.

Forgot 'em when I went to the store yesterday. I'm all about wraps when I have tortillas in the house. I like to make my own version of Mickey D snack wraps with honey mustard dressing.

Dang, now I want a quesadilla or wrap sammie. x(
