Send some prayers for Fireball.

I posted earlier in the week about Fireball who is one my best friends cat.

He was very sick. And Deb knew that it was his time. All this week at work we couldn't really talk about it.

But as wise as our babies are, Fireball curled up in Deb's arms this morning and passed on.

He went out on HIS terms. In his Mama's arms.

Fireball was very much like my boy Mickey. A kick ass cat that didn't take any shit. He liked to bite. One time I spent the night at Deb's place and Fireball was chewing on my hand. Deb told him to quit, but I liked it. Mickey used to do that too.

Hey Mickey ... you got another kick ass cat in heaven now.

3. RIP Fireball.

I don't want to talk about myself and my situation, but that's what happened with my cat, Chess. She was quite ill at the end (she had an excess amount of fluid in her lungs and cancer was detected). She passed away at home. I was told by a friend that cats sometimes know when it's time and leave when their ready...which was at home. And it sounds like that's what happened with Fireball.

Fireball was so much like my Mickey.

Damn good cat. He fit his name. Loved to bite and then would curl up with you and purr like crazy.

Deb's having a hard time right now. I know that monday we're gonna cry our asses off.
