Okay, This Is Too Much For Me LOL
My son says he wants "Hillary" and did I know that she is "apparently married to Bill Clinton". (He's almost 8 y/o) So he asks where we can get a yard sign. I said we would probably be able to get one at the Dem Headquarters unless there is a Hillary headquarters here (which I doubt). Then he says "Mom is for Obama", and I went, okay, so you want to put a Hillary sign in your yard but your Mom wants Obama? He says "well she can get an Obama sign too". Okay, I'm cracking up.

Should I help him get a Hillary sign to put in the yard?

1. You gotta love this kid! Get him the sign. You can instruct him on
the evil of his ways later on. :)

3. I think it's cool that he's interested at such a young age
I don't think it would be bad to have one of each sign in the yard.

10. That is too adorable
Def. get him a sign. Great opportunity for you two to get a discussion going on why he feels the way he does and why you feel the way you do.

11. Get him one
I was the same age when I started to pay attention to politics and having someone that supports the interest is really important. Regardless of the other family members' feelings about the candidate, his Dem tendencies should be actively encouraged.

He doesn't understand the intricacies of which candidate is "better" or "worse" and he doesn't need to. He has plenty of time to figure that crap out when he's older.

Now if he had requested a McCain sign... :P
