3. How big is your ipod?
My grandpa was given an 80 gig and he's barely got a fraction of it filled.

I, on the other hand, am cheap. And I got a little generic 1 gig player. Which is full. :)

5. The parents got me a 160gb for Christmas.

It is currently home to 11,802 songs and 39 videos. It's not even half full. (Nor does it contain my whole catalogue yet.)

6. I bought a 40 GB Creative Nomad Zen Xtra in 2003 0r 2004...
and still only use about 13 GB (around 3000 tracks)so I'll NEVER fill it all the way up before entropy finds a way to break the thing for me. BUT I also have a 512 mb coby that I use for walking in the dead of winter (the nomad doesn't like sub zero temps) and I find the 100 or so tracks available on it get very old and repetitive very quickly. So I bet 600 may, eventually, get old and need to be updated with fresher titles but what do I know? My best Friend doesn't have an mp3 player. He still uses a five disk CD changer and hasn't changed the disks in it since 1992! Honestly.

To each her/his own.

9. I got the little 1 gig Zen stone player. Teeny little thing.
Gets repetitive after a while, but not too quickly. :)

7. I have all my iTunes music on a...
500GB external drive that is currently damn near full, there is no way I could fit it all on any iPod.

I am always making decisions based on what I feel like listening to.

8. Mine's 30GB, and I've had it for almost 2 years...
...and I've only got about 2000 songs on it. And that's way too many, I'm coming to understand.

Oh wait...scratch that. They're not all songs. A few hundred of them are backing tracks.

It's nice having every song I own on there, but it's a pain-in-the-ass navigating sometimes.

13. 2700 and some change on mine!
I put some of the ones I don't get around to listening to onto a shuffle, leave it at random, and then get pleasantly surprised when they play in my ear. That's the only way I remember I own a lot of this stuff!

And if you don't wanna use Limewire, just mine your friends' CD collections. That's what I have done--of course you have to know a lot of Luddite friends like I do!
