There is one good thing about Florida

In the past couple of weeks I've had two different coworkers come back from Florida with boxes and boxes of these and left them in the break room for everyone. Oh jesus they're good :9.

1. I am actually a native Floridian...and did not know about these.
Thanks for the information. I'll be sure to look for some.

Did they say where they got them?

2. I'm not sure exactly where, but
one of my friends went to Vero Beach to visit her family, and she said they were readily available there at grocery stores, etc.

The problem is, the bad things about Florida are often so outrageous that it too often overshadows the good of the state.

Like this:

Or this:

Or this:

.

But could a state that also has this. . .

. . . really be all that bad?

4. I lived in Florida since I was 4 years old.
Finally, in 1989, I moved up here to the Atlanta, GA area. Believe me, there is nothing good about Florida, at least not in South Florida. I call it the "hell hole of the South."

5. I've lived in Florida for 10 years now.
I grew up in Maryland, wishing I could live in Florida. When it came time to go to college, I said what the hell, and applied exclusively to Florida schools just so I could move there. And I don't regret it one bit.

Believe me, there is plenty to love about Florida, even South Florida (if you can believe that).

You just have to know where are the right places to go.

6. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
I love South Florida. It's the greatest! :)

7. Why is Katherine Harris torturing that opossum?
I mean I know she's a vile human being, but that's no reason to hold an obviously-frightened animal up by its' tail. It's like people who pour salt on slugs. And WTF is wrong with her skin, it looks like it's oozing...

Hmm

Maybe if I pour salt on Katherine Harris, she'll melt?
