3. It's not possible for me to make everyone sick of me
because they ALREADY are! I mean, they're sick. How much sicker can they get? None more sicker. I think I can see their revulsion reflected in my monitor screen... :P

Oh, you mean when you visit. :D

We are having a Minnesota-wide mass relocation of all males from ages 16-18 in preparation for your arrival. They are all going to NH to stay with Lynnesin.

13. like the one where...
if you give up your two best players, you're going to stink.

At least, in theory, the Twins should stink. Time will tell. I mean did you ever think you'd see the day the Royals and O's were any good at all?

15. Remember the Pirates being good??
Willie Stargell and the "we are family" team??

Except for the couple of years (90/91) when they had an un-steroidal Barry Bonds.

17. Roberto Clemente was a boyhood hero of mine-- I was shaken of the tragic news of his death
I also remember the Steelers around that time. Pittsburgh had it going on in those days...

23. That was a tough one. The Bucs were supposed to be real
contenders again in 73. He was such a quality human being.

2. I need to pay more attention...
I'm a baseball fan, but have been so busy haven't been following this season. I just flew a major league team charter, and barely know how they're doing so far. Embarrassing!

5. How about Livan going 3-0!
:wow:

Chicago now needs to start imploding a bit. Maybe Ozzie Guillen can go for the record number of ejections in a season.

:wow: :D Yes, we don't want the Chisox to forget that they suck and that they still have AJ on their team.

9. Detroit has confidence over the Twins. We have it over KC. KC messes with NYY and Redsox.
It's a funny game. But yeah, I love playing a team when they are down! :D :hi:

20. Okay I hope you just didn't jinx your team....:)
Granted this was a different sport but I remember gleefully anticipating beating the Giants in the second week of the football season when the Skins had them down and almost 0-2--what happens? We give them a springboard and they win the friggen Super Bowl..Lets hope your Twins don't rev the Tigers up....:D

22. I was trying to jinx the fact that they have our number. Jinxing the Twins would have been
me saying that we will crush them. See?

Uff Da... A Redskins fan!
