The Dalai Lama examines a flute presented to him by a Native American storytelling group Monday, April 14, 2008 at KeyArena in Seattle at an event dedicated to fostering compassion in children. The event took place on the fourth day of a five-day visit by the Dalai Lama to Seattle, centered around the theme 'Seeds of Compassion.'

6. That's a point of access, not a hole.
More of an easement than a missing space.

7. It's an aperture of non-donut to make room for the jelly.
That's a hole. A hole can be devoid of one thing, but not everything and still be a hole. I submit the hole in a regular donut-shaped donut is not actually a hole. The donut is a continuous object existing in space/time with no beginning or end. It simply does not occupy the space in the middle.
