Dinner at the Prophets
Prosciutto, mushroom and cheese stuffed chicken breasts, Romanesco broccoli, and olive oil and garlic vermicelli.

I haven't made stuffed chicken breasts in a while, because I've had trouble finding prosciutto in Hillbilly Heaven. But I did find a source that's only an hour and a half away now, so I decided to make it again. It's just not the same without the prosciutto.

Romanesco broccoli is actually a cauliflower-broccoli hybrid, with a fractal-shaped flower:

Being a fractal, it is 3 1/2 dimensional. Its special shape allows for it to have more mass than meets the eye. It is therefore more filling than it actually is.

Buon appetito!

3. Cut it like a cauliflower head, and steamed it
Salt and pepper for seasoning, with a little butter. Yummy!

4. Hey, I thought this was an announcement
and/or general-invite, as in "Hear ye, Dinner at the Prophets." And when I saw that freaker's delight of a vegetable you were serving, I felt *really* let down.

Sounds yummy, doods. Enjoy!

5. We might could work that
The weather is getting much nicer - might be time for a barbecue soon, if people want to make a trip...
