What's the name of the Highway Patrolling law enforcement agency in Connecticut?
Bizarre question, I know, but I have a ticket where the police department is identified as LSDH, I *think* if I'm reading the handwriting right. I have to identify the department.

Any ideas? In California it's the California Highway Patrol (you know, CHiP's!)

7. CSPH stands for Connecticut State Police Headquarters

They have three main headquarters, plus barracks in towns that did not have police departments.

Here's a link with more info...

4. Connecticut Highway Patrol
I know that doesn't help, but that's what it is. Maybe call the court? Phone number should be on the ticket, and they might be able to tell you via the citation number.

5. Were you in Litchfield County?? (LSPH)
It could be Litchfield State Police Headquarters.

Could the "D" be a "P"?

8. Um...the state police are the jurisdictional agency for highways in CT.
so I have no clue. Why did you get pulled over by one of our illustrious state troopers? Possibly also, the CT Dept. of Public Safety.

If you have any questions, the contact info, for both, is:

State of Connecticut
Department of Public Safety
1111 Country Club Rd.
Middletown, CT 06457
