**Biggest Loser** finale tonight - anyone watch this show?

1. I have no idea. My husband is hooked on the show though.

2. I was asked to watch it this season.

It's a quirky show, and I have enjoyed it. I was absolutely blown away last week with those numbers. To the point that I was muttering the "cheat" word under my breath.

I don't really know how the "winner" is determined. Is it the total loss in pounds, total body fat percentage, or what?

3. I don't know how they choose either. And those numbers are incredible

I lost 50 lbs last year on Weight Watchers - it took about 6 months, and I lost really fast compared to others there.

I think the Biggest Loser contestants might lose so much so fast because they are working out about 5 hours a day, every day.

4. Yeah, but last week, they all lost double digit numbers

And they've all already lost a SERIOUS amount of weight. The blonde lady, okay. But the guy (Mark or Jay) and Allie...never should have lost that much. Total weight loss phenomena. Especially if you look at their last 3 weekly results.

if Bernie was still on i'd be rooting for him but between Sir Cries a lot and Roger "White Pride" i hope the guys all have massive water retention tonight.

6. I had Danny from the beginning, tbh.

He (male) had the most weight to lose and the youngest body. He got voted off, though. I'm hoping Allie wins.

Watching it now...no spoilers from me.
