Well, I am still losing weight
As of last Saturday... 60 pounds exactly.

I have 20 pounds to go to reach my self-imposed goal. But I could lose another 40 and still not be underweight. That just shows how out of shape I had become.

One person yesterday told me that I am not "a fat guy" anymore. She said I look like a typical 45-year-old guy with a bit of extra weight. For me, that's progress!

Recently gained back about 5; working on losing that and the last 10 of my goal - I am down 65 since a year ago February :-)

Good for you! I hope you can get down to a good weight and stay there without any problems. :)

I've never had to worry about my weight before, but I'm getting to the point where I need to. x(

That it's self-imposed, of course there would be so much discipline. In the past I would try and lose weight, but I went about it the wrong way - I would go out of my way to deprive myself of food. Soon afterwards I'd binge on something. But some years ago, I ate a good amount of food, just that the food was healthier. And tasty too, it's very possible. I didn't feel I was making such an immense sacrifice to reach my goal. That's how it worked out for me.
