Dinner tonight: Grilled chicken on a bed of mixed greens, red and yellow bell pepper
tomatoes, purple onion, thinly sliced yellow summer squash, fresh mushrooms, almonds, dried cranberries and a curry vinegriatte dressing.

This is really good for cleaning out the refrigerator!

and only 4 WW points!!!

What are y'all having??

2. stir-fry
beat some steaks thin, sliced 'em up then fried with green, red, yellow bells and red, yellow onions.

Served over rice.

5. thank you. it turned out nicely. The dressing is a Weight Watchers recipe
just toast a tablespoon of curry powder in a small skillet over med low heat until it smells real good, then combine it with 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
mix it well and toss with the salad.

6. Delivery Chinese
I ended up having to work until close tonight, so I didn't have any food for dinner and had to order something.

Though my sesame chicken, crab rangoon and egg rolls were good. :)

11. Redbull and cigarettes
Probably my own leg later in the evening, as I try and escape some trap I've just written myself into when I get off DU and back to work.

I did have a yummy bag of chickpea and potato curry for lunch today, though. That was nice.
