WHOOHOO! It's CHEESE NIGHT at Dick's house!

Our "Cheese of the Month" arrived today...
as usual, 2 of them were some of that soft & stinky crap
that Sweetie likes.

But number 3 this month was 2 "apples" of French Crottin,
so I'm making pizza!

I mixed up a heavily-herbed crust, then laid on a can of
tomato chunks, that Crottin, and some fresh cilantro....
sprinkled it with some shredded mozz, then got out my
microplane grater and BURIED the whole deal in aged parmesan.

It's due out of the oven in about 2 minutes, and it's smelling GOOOOOOOOOOOODDDD............:9
